MIS Reporting & Analytical Manager
We are looking for an MIS Reporting & Analytical Manager to join our team. The candidate should possess good knowledge about excel. The candidate should be good in research and have an analytical approach towards a strategy or research. The candidate must be updated on the digital news. The individual applying should also have an experience in MIS Reporting , analysis and updated with research on various digital platforms. We work across four different stages: Identification of risks, assessment of exposure and how much risk is acceptable, controlling & managing risks, and last but not the least, managing & reporting risks.

The Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing a sound Operational Risk Management (ORM) MIS through efficient and effective reporting and data management, both to front line business and as well as internally.
  • Daily Research tracker on various digital subjects, and what all can be implemented by the organization for betterment.
  • Data analysis and reporting of various brand campaigns.
  • Proactive engagement with all people in the workplace and clients to ensure that the ORM MIS is up to date and fit for its purpose.
  • Update database of the marketing/ sales team on their client research and competition.

  • The Requirements

  • An influencer team worker with a record of building relationships with key business influencers to derive the embedding of a risk culture.
  • A person experienced in creating MIS and support systems.
  • Track record of working with teams and conducting research work, and adding value to the business updates.

  • Social Media Manager (SMM)
    We are looking for a Social Media Manager to join our team. The candidate should possess good knowledge about social media. The candidate should be good in research and be passionate for social media. The candidate must be updated on digital news. The Social Media Manager would be acting as a spokesperson of the organization in the field of social media. The individual will be developing social media strategy and managing the delivery of social media activity including Content Creation, Data Analysis, Community Management.

    The Responsibilities

  • Design and implement social media strategy that aligns with the company’s digital vision and communications strategy.
  • Develop a strategy for promoting and enhancing social media activation.
  • Act as a brand guardian ensuring effective brand communication on all social activity Management of social media and content creation.
  • Evaluate market trends and competitor analysis to identify key opportunities Manage social output with all company departments, particularly marketing, and business development.
  • Ensure consistency of message is disseminated through all social channels by working closely with other departments.

    We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team. The candidate should possess good knowledge about sales and marketing. The Business Development Manager would be acting as a spokesperson for the organization. The individual will be developing in coordination with various teams internally as well as the client.

    The Responsibilities

  • Research and identify prospective clients within agreed sectors and develop a sales strategy to support.
  • Generate new business and maintain a high quality pipeline of business prospects.
  • Deliver sales strategies and growth plans in line with company objectives. Complete presentations and proposals.
